Are you passionate about empowering leaders and managers to reach their full potential? Pax8 is seeking an exciting and passionate Leadership Trainer and Coach working out of our Zwolle Office to join our team and drive positive long-term results through enhancing the abilities of our people managers and leaders.

As a Leadership Trainer and Coach at Pax8, you will play a vital role in preparing our leaders for transition and fostering growth aligned with Pax8's values and leadership philosophy. Collaborating with our regional Talent Enablement Development team and aligning with the Global Talent Development team, you will identify and address employee and organisational development needs.

Lets look at what you will be doing?

• Deliver Pax8 Leadership Training: Lead the charge in delivering our renowned leadership training programs across Europe, and Infuse our company values and leadership philosophy into all training and development activities, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Behavioural and Executive Coaching: Empower our people managers and leaders by helping them identify specific behaviours that drive transactional and servant leadership, giving high-performance Leadership skills to all levels of the organisation.
• Facilitate Onboarding: Dive into the action by facilitating our engaging bi-monthly, three-day general onboarding training for new hires, including new manager onboarding.
• Training Program Development: Develop targeted training modules to elevate leadership experience and commitment, continually enhancing our management development programs. Utilize cutting-edge, experience-based training methods to ensure employees grasp competencies and excel in their roles.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership teams and Business Partners to determine development needs and align training initiatives with our organizational goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation by monitoring, evaluating, and enhancing training programs to ensure alignment with our mission and vision.

Who are we looking for:

• Substantial Leadership and Management skills training delivery experience.
• Substantial years leadership experience.
• Professional Coaching accreditations and certifications
• Experience delivering Blanchards servant and Situational Leadership
• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A knack for content and curriculum development, ensuring our training materials are top-notch.
• Superb organisational and project management abilities to keep things running smoothly.
• A natural talent for building relationships and influencing others.
• Proficiency in leveraging technology to deliver engaging training experiences, both in-person and virtually.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems to monitor progress and measure results.
• Experience using Learning Management System to monitor learning plans, manage attendance and result measurement 
• Experience of agile learning with the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adapt according to a fast-changing landscape 
• Creative thinker and problem solver —always looking beyond available options when facing roadblocks 
• Experience in assessment of training needs, developing suitable training programs to help develop and grow the expertise of individuals and teams

Salary & Benefits 

• Basic Salary €65,000 - €85,000
• 26 days holiday + 8% Holiday Allowance

• Office Location: Zwolle, Netherlands, Hybrid working possible
• Position Status: Full time 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
