As a Marketing Manager, you will be a key proponent to the EMEA Demand Generation team. You will foster new ways of thinking, working, and building capabilities that will help the Demand Generation team unlock new possibilities across the Benelux markets.

Day to day your role includes: 

  • ​​Strategises ways to expand efforts in the market and how to evolve audience segmentation. Utilising historical performance learnings and career knowledge they will present opportunities to create and optimise marketing campaigns​ 
  • ​​Uses analytics and insights to monitor and evaluate integrated campaigns as they run; report performance of activity against pre-determined objectives, recommend optimisations, and adjust tactics on an ongoing basis across marketing channels​ 
  • Create In-depth campaign reporting and analytics on partner activations in market to be presented to company stakeholders on a monthly and quarterly basis 
  • ​​Representing demand gen team through 1:1s, group standups, and thought leadership​ 
  • ​​Research of media landscape to stay current on latest offerings and opportunities to test campaign betas in order to maintain innovation​ 

Ideal Skills and Experience: 

  • ​​​Significant experience in a similar role in-house or at a media agency. 
  • ​Full proficiency in Dutch and English – reading, writing and speaking​. French would be an added advantage
  • ​​Previous experience working on integrated, digital marketing programmes. 
  • ​Experience with social paid media platforms (including Facebook/Instagram and LinkedIn), Google ads, digital marketing services (Rollworks or similar company) and managing 3rd party vendors. 
  • ​Understanding of the advertising landscape and how it’s quickly evolved in the last few years. 
  • ​Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. 
  • ​Experience with Google Data Studio or other data visualization tools such Adverity or PowerBi. 
  • ​Knowledge of working with data providers to generate qualified leads. 
  • ​Excellent analytical and reporting abilities; is able to collect meaningful data and use it to develop strategic insights. 
  • ​PASSIONATE about technology, digital marketing, Internet culture, memes, and social media; stays current on cultural trends and what’s currently relevant online. 
  • ​Thorough understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems (Marketo and preferred). 
  • ​Working closely with sales teams and using CRM systems to manage and created targeted direct marketing campaigns. 
  • ​Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including brief writing for internal and 3rd party stakeholders, copywriting and proofreading. 
  • ​Ability to take on multiple responsibilities and be adept at organising and leading around ambitious goals. 
  • ​Experience with budget management responsibilities, reporting planned and actual spend to the Demand Generation Director and tying it back to marketing ROI. 
  • ​Availability to come to office regularly and travel to Europe
